If you’re caring for a loved one with dementia, you’re warmly invited to Finding Meaning and Hope: A Discussion Series for Family Caregivers, a free, 10-week program meeting Mondays, February 2–April 13 (except holidays), 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM. Sponsored by Duet: Partners in Health and Aging, the course is built on the work of Pauline Boss, Ph.D., and her book Loving Someone Who Has Dementia. Each week features a short video conversation with Dr. Boss, followed by a guided discussion and shared experiences—offering tools for coping with stress and grief while nurturing meaning and hope. Respite care is available, and after Week 1, Michelle Bradley, DHA, MA, from Sun Health Foundation, will join the group to share resources and personalized guidance. Come as you are—you don’t have to walk this journey alone.
